You need an active SurveyMonkey subscription. The signed-in user must own the surveys or have full access to surveys shared with them.
- Open Apps in Filament and add SurveyMonkey.
- If your SurveyMonkey account is hosted in Europe, enable EU Region before authorising.
- Select Authorize, sign in to the correct SurveyMonkey account and approve access.
- Select Save & Test, then return to Filament and complete setup.
How far back does Filament sync SurveyMonkey data?
Filament syncs your complete SurveyMonkey history, including all surveys, responses, and collector data from when you first created your account. This lets you analyze trends over time and compare current survey performance to historical benchmarks.
