How do I connect Funraisin?

You need your platform URL and an API key from a user with API Access enabled.

  1. Open Apps in Filament and add Funraisin.
  2. In Funraisin’s User Admin, select a user, enable API Access and copy the key.
  3. Enter the key and your platform’s full URL, including https://.
  4. Review optional field hashing, add any useful context and complete setup.
How far back does Filament sync Funraisin data?

Filament syncs 12 months of history on initial connection, then keeps everything up to date with incremental syncs every 6 hours. All 20 data types support date-based filtering so only new and modified records are fetched each sync.

Does Filament sync all Funraisin data types?

Filament syncs 20 data types covering donations, participants, events, teams, transactions, ticketing, merchandise, raffles, and fitness activity tracking. The only excluded endpoint is fitness credentials, which contains OAuth tokens that should not be stored in a warehouse.

Can I hash sensitive fields like donor emails?

Yes. During setup you can specify which fields to hash. Filament applies a one-way hash using your organisation's salt, so you can still join and aggregate data without exposing personal information.

How often does Filament update Funraisin data?

Every 6 hours automatically. Each sync only fetches records created or modified since the last run, so updates are fast. You can also trigger a manual sync from the Data Sources page.
