Calendly reports
and dashboards

Bring your Calendly data into Filament. Create dashboards, build reports and explore your questions in plain English.

Your Calendly data, connected.

Calendly tracks meeting bookings and event types, but understanding which marketing campaigns drive qualified meetings or how booking rates affect pipeline conversion requires connecting to your CRM and ad platforms.

Filament links Calendly to your marketing and sales tools so you can analyze booking sources, conversion patterns, and meeting quality without manual exports.

Your questions, answered.

How do I connect Calendly?

This connection uses Fivetran.

You need a Calendly Admin or Owner account.

  1. Open Apps in Filament and add Calendly.
  2. Select your Calendly plan in the connection form.
  3. Select Authorize, sign in to the correct Calendly account and approve access.
  4. Select Save & Test, then return to Filament and complete setup.
How far back does Filament sync Calendly data?

Filament syncs 6 months of historical Calendly data and up to 3 months of future-dated events due to Calendly API limitations. This covers most quarter-over-quarter and seasonal analysis needs.

Can I connect multiple Calendly accounts to Filament?

Yes. Agencies and teams managing multiple Calendly organizations can connect each account separately. Filament keeps the data distinct so you can analyze each client or business unit independently or compare performance across accounts.

Does Filament track UTM parameters from Calendly bookings?

Yes. Filament captures utm_parameters from invitee records, so you can trace which campaigns, channels, or content pieces drive meeting bookings when you pass UTM tags through your Calendly links.

How often does Filament update Calendly data?

Filament syncs Calendly data continuously throughout the day. New bookings, cancellations, and reschedules appear in your kpi dashboard within minutes, so your meeting metrics stay current.

Which Calendly KPIs can I track?

Bookings: count scheduled events by date and event type. Cancellations: compare cancelled and scheduled events over the same period. Invitee volume: count invitees separately from events, especially for group meetings.
