How do I connect Ortto?

Create a Custom API key with read access in Ortto’s Settings → API keys.

  1. Open Apps in Filament and add Ortto.
  2. Select your Ortto region: US, Australia or Europe.
  3. Enter your API key.
  4. Add any useful context about your audiences and complete setup.
How does Filament connect to Ortto?

Filament connects using your Ortto API key. You will need to create a Custom API key in your Ortto account with read permissions. The connection syncs your contacts, audiences, and tags automatically.

Which Ortto regions does Filament support?

Filament supports all three Ortto regions: US (api.ap3api.com), Australia (api.au.ap3api.com), and Europe (api.eu.ap3api.com). Select your region during setup to ensure proper connectivity.

How often does Filament sync Ortto data?

Filament syncs your Ortto data every 6 hours automatically. You can also trigger a manual sync anytime from the Apps page if you need fresher data.
