How do I connect Chargebee?
This connection uses Fivetran.
You need a Chargebee Admin or Owner account. Check which Product Catalog version your site currently uses; it may have changed since the site was created.
- In Chargebee, open Settings → Configure Chargebee → API Keys and Webhooks → API Keys.
- Select Add API Key → Read-only Key → All. Name the key, select Create Key and copy it.
- Note your site’s subdomain: for
example.chargebee.com, enterexample. - Open Apps in Filament and add Chargebee. Use the connection for your site’s Product Catalog version.
- Enter the API key and subdomain, select Save & Test, then return to Filament and complete setup.
For Product Catalog 2.0, syncing ramps requires Chargebee to enable the Ramp feature on your account. Ask your Chargebee account manager if it is unavailable.
How far back does Filament sync Chargebee data?
