How do I connect NationBuilder?

Use a NationBuilder account that can authorise access to your nation.

  1. Open Apps in Filament and add NationBuilder.
  2. Enter your nation slug: for example.nationbuilder.com, enter example.
  3. Sign in to NationBuilder and approve Filament’s access.
  4. Choose your initial history period, add any useful context and complete setup.
Can I control which data types are synced?

All NationBuilder data types are synced automatically to provide comprehensive political organizing insights.

How often does my NationBuilder data sync?

NationBuilder data syncs automatically every 12 hours. You can also trigger a manual sync at any time from the source settings page to get the latest data immediately.

What happens if I have multiple NationBuilder sites?

Filament syncs data from all sites within your nation. The data includes a site identifier so you can filter and analyze by specific sites in your queries.

How far back does the initial sync go?

During setup, you can choose a backfill period: 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, or all-time. This determines how much historical data is loaded in the initial sync.
